Parents Protect! Events and Seminars

Over the course of 2011-2013, Stop it Now! England will be running and attending various community events across the country to get some of our important messages out to communities.

Parents' Courses

We run 90-minute sessions for parents and carers and can train frontline workers to deliver the same session (all a no cost at the moment!).

Download a leaflet.

These educational sessions are for parents, carers and other adults to raise awareness of child sexual abuse and provide positive messages about what can be done to protect children. It focusses on dispelling common myths about child sex offenders while at the same time arming parents and carers with sound information that will help them keep their children safe.

We can also train frontline workers to deliver these sessions themsleves.

If you would like more information about hosting a seminar, or being trained to deliver these yourself, please contact the Stop it Now! office on 01527 598184 or office@stopitnow.org.uk.
